In connection with the operation of the probbax.com website, Probbax S.à r.l. (hereinafter "Probbax") may collect personal data. This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and applicable Luxembourg law.
This policy explains how Probbax collects, processes and shares the personal data of website users who fill in a contact form, as well as the rights available to these individuals.

2. Purposes and legal bases of processing
The data submitted via the website's forms is necessary to process your request. It is entered into Probbax's database and used for the following purposes:
- Responding to contact and information requests
- Preparing quotes, processing orders and invoicing
- Commercial prospecting and sending information
- Compiling usage statistics
3. Data collected
When making a contact or quote request, the website collects, as mandatory fields: company name, last name, first name, e-mail address, country, the user's business activity, and the free-text message. Depending on the user's choice, phone number and city may also be collected.
This data is transmitted via a secure electronic means and stored in Probbax's management and messaging tools. Collection is necessary for the conclusion of a quote or contract; otherwise, the request cannot be processed.
4. Data recipients
Data is accessible only to authorised Probbax personnel and, within the limits of their respective duties, to the following categories of recipients:
- Processors acting on behalf of and under the instructions of Probbax (website hosting and management, messaging and audience measurement tools).
- Business partners (dealers, distributors) who may provide a service to the person concerned. This sharing only takes place with the individual's prior consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Probbax does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
5. Transfers of data outside the European Union
Certain tools or related entities may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area:
- Google Analytics (Google) — a transfer that may take place to the United States, governed by the "EU-US Data Privacy Framework" adequacy framework and/or standard contractual clauses.
Anyone may obtain a copy of the safeguards put in place by writing to the contact address given in point 1.
6. Retention periods
- Prospects / unsuccessful enquiries: approximately 3 years from the last contact.
- Customers: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then accounting and contractual documents are kept for 10 years (Luxembourg legal obligation).
- Browsing data / cookies: 13 months maximum.
Beyond these periods, or when processing is no longer necessary for the purposes pursued, the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
- Right of access — obtain a copy of the data concerning you.
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — where retention is no longer justified.
- Right to restriction — suspend processing in certain cases.
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest or to prospecting.
- Right to data portability — receive the data you provided in a structured format, for automated processing based on consent or contract.
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

9. Automated decision-making and profiling
Probbax does not make any decision producing legal effects concerning you based solely on automated processing, and does not carry out profiling.

Probbax implements appropriate technical and organisational measures (secure transmission of forms, access control, backups) to protect data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access.

A cookie is a file stored on your device that allows your browser to be recognised and certain browsing information to be remembered (for example, your chosen language or the products for which a quote has been requested).
